What is Dial-A-Ride?

Dial-A-Ride is a registered charity that operates on a not for profit basis.  We provide a friendly door-to-door transport service for those people who do not have their own transport and are unable to use public transport.


How do I use the Dial-A-Ride service?

Dial a Ride at Crewe Hall

First

Complete a Dial-a-Ride application form and send it to the address on the Contacts page,

You will then be notified of your eligibility to use Dial-a-Ride.


Second

Phone the appropriate Dial-a-Ride booking office Monday to Friday between 9.00am and 1.00pm

Bookings will be accepted no earlier than two days before you wish to travel, but you must book

before the day you travel.


What does it cost?

Our service operates free to National Concessionary Travel Scheme pass holders after 9.30am, non pass holders pay between £2.30 and £3.10 depending on the distance travelled.
